Details of each system
Gerber Automatic Checking System
1.With PCB Partner Gerber automatic check system, when Gerber and its attachments are transmitted to PCB Partner, the system will check automatically and generate PCB Spec with great consistency according to established Gerber standards, PCB industry rules and specific implementation procedures. The Spec will provide all the information related to PCB cost by which buyers can discuss the price with suppliers directly.
2.If you submit your Gerber data package via email, the information in your email will also be read by our system and any relevant information will also be included in the PCB Spec.
3.The only format acceptable is standard RS-274X or embedded Gerber file. If there are miscellaneous files included in the compressed file, please make sure it is in text format like Email, Word, PDF and Excel. Fabrication drawings in PDF or Gerber format are being processed to Word or TXT by our independent researched OCR system and then read by the system.
4.Your uploaded Gerber files will be deleted instantly and automatically with only Spec saved.
5. Other formats(ODB++,UCCAM) are being researched. Please keep your consistent attention.
6.This is only used for business process.
Automatic Array System
1.According to the Gerber information, default sheet sizes, and panelization guidelines, the system can panelize automatically and provide the most optimized layout with the highest percentage of utilization.
2.The system can panelize from “Set” to “Panel” and from “Panel” to “Sheet” with high efficiency. Also, it can compare PCB dimension in different sheet sizes and can be customized.
Intelligent Searching System
1.In accordance with Spec information such as layer count, trace width, trace spacing, drill size and business information such as due date, shipping method, place of delivery, the system will search the manufacturers who are most suitable to manufacture the PCB. The list of suppliers is provided according to our matching rules which are designed by our experienced Engineers with the advices of many PCB professionals. In the list, you can directly login to the websites of suppliers, or send your inquiry directly to your intended suppliers. Then, the supplier will make offers to you immediately. Thus, speeds up the business transaction.
2.PCB Partner has a supplier database with thousands of suppliers. There is contact information, company introduction, and process capability information of each PCB manufacturer which is publicly collected and then verified by our staff. Suppliers can complete the process capability to get more fit business.
