1.How to sign up our supplier database? 
To make sure that all suppliers’ information is correct, PCB Partner doesn’t provide registration of suppliers. If your company has not been collected in our database, you can apply for registration by online application or emailing to Services@pcbpartner.com, we will process your application within 24 hours.
Note: PCB Partner has already collected many suppliers in our database. If you want to confirm your registration, please contact Services@pcbpartner.com

2.How to edit my member information? 
PCB Partner automatic matching system is based on suppliers’ process capability and technology. Every supplier admin account can change all information except process capability and sub-accounts. If you need to update these information, please contact Services@pcbpartner.com and we will process you request within 24 hours. 

3. How can I get more suitable business opportunities? 
In order to get suitable business opportunities, you must update your supplier information, process capability, and respond to any inquiry in a timely manner as the system is based on these information. The more updated you supplier account is, the more business opportunity. 

4. As a supplier, how can I secure my business information? 
Your account contains the contact information, process capability, and quotation. Process capability information is never disclosed, however, your contact information and quotation will be viewed by the buyer whom you send the quotation. For more details, please check the Privacy Policy.

5. As a supplier, will I be able to use the Automatic Checking system? 
Yes, of course you can. Simply enter your email address and upload your compressed Gerber data package in the PCB Partner website. The system can be used by everyone.   
 

1.How to use Gerber automatic checking system? 
The system is free to use. You only need to upload a compressed file of the Gerber data and all relevant files in the homepage. The system checks your file automatically and sends the Specs to your email in a few minutes. You can also visit the website to check your previously uploaded files. You may use the Tips at the upper right hand corner to help you use the system.

2. How can I get the most accurate Spec information fast? 
In order to get the most accurate and fast checking result, we suggest you only upload relevant files. Do not upload compressed file with multiple compressed files inside. Do not set any password to your compressed files. The only format acceptable is standard RS-274X or embedded Gerber file. If there are miscellaneous files included in the compressed file, please make sure it is in text format. Fabrication drawings in PDF or Gerber format are being processed by OCR system which may not be 100% accurate at all times.

3. Are there any limitations or restriction for buyers during registration? 
Buyers can register for FREE by filling in the registration online completely to be able to receive quotations.

4. What is the guarantee that the Gerber data will be protected? 
Every Gerber data uploaded to the system will be deleted instantly and automatically after the Spec is generated. For more information, please see Privacy Policy.

5. How can I find the right supplier for my PCB? 
We strongly suggest that you check the generated Specs carefully. The potential suppliers are considered and listed based on the technology requirement of your Specs.
