You can cancel your order at any time up until the PCB is in production and receive a full refund. As PCB is a customized product and service, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds for order cancellations if the product is already in production or has been shipped.
2. Quality Issue
If there is any issue after receiving your boards, please get in touch and send us clear images of the problem. We will do our best to help you solve any issue.
Generally speaking, the PCB will be produced according to the design files the customer provides. If, however, our engineers find a problem in the design, we may confirm it with you and help modify it.
Please check your design file carefully before you upload it. We are not responsible for finding all issues in a Gerber file and cannot take responsibility if a design with an issue goes to production.
Each PCB is a custom-made product, produced according to the customer’s Gerber files. However, if we did not produce the boards according to the Gerber file and advance remarks, or if the production quality does not meet the IPC standards, we accept returns and/or refunds. In these cases, customers have the right to apply for a return or refund within 14 days after the receiving of the product.
